Tamizhvendhan from Kodambakkam. The petition stated that aggressive foreign dog breeds are often taken into public spaces without muzzles or proper safety measures, resulting in attacks on children, women, and the elderly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case was heard by Chief Justice M.M. Srivatsava and Justice Sundar Mohan.
